Terms and Conditions for the Beta Testing Program

1. Access, Application and Registration Requirements
   • Survey and Email Address: To apply for the Beta Testing program, it is mandatory to complete the selection survey and provide a valid and real email address. The email address will be used to send official communications and game access links.
   • Unique Activation Link: Each selected Tester will receive via email a unique and strictly personal installation/startup link.
   • Link Disablement: Once clicked and used to confirm the start of the Beta, the link will be automatically disabled to prevent unauthorized access.
   • Device Limit: It is not allowed to use the same startup link on multiple devices. Access is limited to a single device associated with the Tester's account.
   • Attached Documentation: The confirmation email will contain an attached PDF guide with fundamental testing guidelines and detailed instructions on how and which game areas to test.
2. Storage, Game Data Management and Reset
   • Server Storage: All data and game progress accumulated during testing will be stored on our (European) servers for the entire duration of the Beta Testing phase.
   • Data Destruction: At the end of the Beta Testing period, all Beta version game data will be completely destroyed and deleted from the servers.
   • Parity at Launch: Data deletion is mandatory so that, at the official release of the game, all players can start their progress on equal terms (total reset of testing progress).
3. In-Game Rewards and Compensation for Testers
   • Reward Acknowledgment: As a token of appreciation for participating in the test, Testers who have completed the required activities will be granted a unique in-game reward at the launch of the official version.
   • Reward Redemption: To obtain and redeem the reward, the Tester must click on the special link that will be sent via email when the official launch of the game occurs. The email will be sent to the email address registered during testing.
4. Rules of Conduct and Game Prohibitions

   During the Beta Testing phase it is strictly prohibited to:

   • Software Tampering: Decompile, disassemble, modify or reverse engineer game files (including APK, IPA packages or any other installation file).
   • Use of Unauthorized Software: Use third-party software, bots, scripts, emulators or cheats not expressly authorized by the development team to alter the gaming experience.
   • Exploiting Bugs (Exploits): Intentionally exploit errors, bugs or game balance flaws (exploits) to gain competitive advantages instead of promptly reporting them to the development team.
5. Age Requirements and Community Behavior
   • Minimum Age: To access and participate in the Beta Testing program, the Tester declares and guarantees to be at least 18 years old.
   • Multiplayer Interactions and Chat: The Tester commits to maintaining correct and respectful behavior towards other users and developers. The use of offensive or discriminatory language, harassment, or the insertion of inappropriate content and usernames is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
   • The Tester commits not to share their credentials, the unique access link, or the attached documentation (PDF) with third parties.
   • It is forbidden to record, photograph, or publish game material (videos, photos, or screenshots) on social media or public channels before the official announcement, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the developer.
7. Termination and Exclusion
   • Failure to comply with the rules of conduct referred to in Article 4 or violating the access requirements will result in the immediate revocation of Beta access, account disablement, and the loss of the right to receive any in-game reward planned for the official launch.
